Sorry if anyone has taken offence at my suggestion, but 8gb is tiny for me, I needed a 32gb. (And I am married with 2 kids and never get to play much Vita)!
If your a gamer, then I really do believe 32gb is the way to go. Demos take up lots of room and AAA games are about 3 - 4 gig each!

if your buying from the store than i suggest buying 2 16gb memory cards as its cheaper but if you let you kids and wife play on it then get a 8gb for them

That's not practical as not only do you need to remember what's on each card but every time you switch cards all the icons get jumbled up and the default ones go to their standard positions. It's better to pay a little more for the 32GB and avoid all the hassle. Not to mention those memory cards are so small they're easy to lose or misplace.

That's because it's not. In the long term the 32GB is the only way to go.

Not one of you have mentioned the 16GB card (which I have) which is perfect!

I have to disagree. You can get them for £60 from Amazon but even at that price yes it is worth it not having the hassle of several memory cards. Besides the price difference between two 16GB cards and one 32GB one isn't that great in the grand scheme of things.
