hi is any one else getting error code c1-8877-0 when trying to sign into psn on the vita, i can sign in ok on ps3 just not the vita internet browser , youtube , facebook work just not psn

update , i just checked to see if there was a firmware update out it came up saying that version 1.69 was available, but i upgraded to this already a while back, why are i having to download and install this again

that happened to me, i think.... i kind of thought there was a new update and it turns out i downloaded 1.69 2 weeks late lol.....
