ive almost had it with sony now, no remote play for ps3 games with no info on when we will, funny how videos of people playing killzone and BF3 were being shown before release to suck us all in then after release nothing. also there are hardly any games coming out for it either, all sony seem interested in is selling us old games that we already bought 15 years ago, i paid £250 to get this vita to play ps1 games and psp games, its absolute s**t, most of the games already out r crap except the ones that are ported from the ps3 therefore spending more money on games weve already paid for anyway.

Not sure why you think remote play for PS3 games was promised as it never has been and most likely never will be available. Those remote play demonstrations were just that tech demos and Sony has never said or implied that it would be supported. You seem to think that all Sony has to do is provide an update for it. It doesn't work that way. Each individual game has to be updated by its respective developer/publisher. That's not going to happen so I wouldn't count on it if I were you. I think you seriously need to rethink on your expectations and what you think you're entitled to or otherwise sell your Vita and move on. Sony has no obligation to support games from older systems and if they do then see it as a bonus. The Vita's primary function is to play native Vita games.

I was invied to a pre launch event at Sony HQ in Auckland a week before Vita came out here. The Sony manager whom presented clearly told us we would be able to chat with others playing different games on Vita. It seems Sony led more than it's customers up the garden path... I'm jus' sayin'

How in the hec did you get the use as a phone out of that. It's more like you and others are misinterpreting what he said or making assumptions. He obviously meant using things like Party Chat. Sorry but you have no left to stand on if that's all you can come up with. I doubt even using the Vita as a phone whilst playing a game would be practical or even technically possible. Sony has never made the insinuation let alone outright said the Vita could or would be able to be used as a phone. They have the Xperia Play for that functionality.
