You have to be more specific then that and provide more detail for anyone to try and help you. That's not really enough to go on. The codes are case sensitive. Are you sure you have entered it correctly ?

sorry i should explain i can download it but when it comes to installing it just freezes my vita up

Judging by peoples responses on the US forums that have had the same problem with other games it seems that rebuilding the database solves the problem.
