hi if anyone could help me it would be very nice i bought my psvita n there was already a psn account linked to it n i dont know the email neither the password but i know the online ID name its (cake_neverthere) could some plzzz help me remove it plzzz

Hi am guessing you bought this pre owned?

Anyhow on the PS Vita go to Settings > Format > Restore the PS Vita System. This will remove the previous owners PSN and will allow you to use/create your own.

yea i already tryied that and i have to enter the email address and password inorder 4 it to format n that is what i dont know plzzz it will be so great of u to help me ask some friendz for suggestions plzzz

Ok so a 2 minute google search says turn the PS Vita completely off. Then press and hold the power button + the PS Button (the one with the blue light) + Right bumper button. You will then be in the recovery menu. Go down to option 4 witch is restore the PS Vita. This will completely wipe the system.
