I had my vita since launch and love it.
But I have noticed in the last week the left analogue stick when in the centre position is not seen as centred in games that use it. For example drake moves to the right by himself now.
I am contacting Amazong to arrange an exchange on the asumption its become faulty in warranty.
Anyone else had this issue yet ?

i have not had this problem yet but thats probably because i've only used my vita for 10 to 20 hours since i bought it,i expect lots of vita's will suffer from the same problem in the future because the games are intense & the analogue stickes are tiny & weak. "extended warranty".

thanks. I did a hard reset and then drake was ok I was about to claim you were a hero.
But then I went into angry birds and they were being launched by themselves! Then I went back to drake and he was moving right again.
Wierd.
Amazon is sending me a replacement under warranty, but the above and your description makes me concerned about a software bug in the vita here

sorry to bring up an old thread but mine started doing the same 2 days ago on chapter 33 on uncharted
being so close to finnishing i was very cheesed off. mine was purchased as a gift for my son and i have lost the reciept and wondered if this means giving sony a call as i tried to go back to the shop but they are standing firm on the "no reciept no return" policy that i can totally understnad as its my fault i lost it.
do you think i should call sony?
also if i do a hard reset will i lose my save's? eg; level 33 on uncharted.
thanks

aah!!! i know, this used to happen with my nintendo wii, the character would just automatically move in one direction, i had this once with my psvita, all i did was turn it on and off and it was fine, no other problems, but you probably already tried this.
