I have the same problem.The solotion on twitter is useless, because you should turn off the wifi every time when you play this game and login after the game loaded, otherwise the medal still cant be saved. Does this only happen when you download the demo version then purchase it ? So annoy about it....

I had the full version straight off so I don't think it matters what version. I think we have just been unlucky

I don't know if it matters, but I also upgraded from a 4GB to a 16GB memory and experienced this problem just afterwards... also, I'm the fast83 who's constantly updating my situation to @Phenom_Evolution and @Rushy33, they said they'll try everything... I'm going to keep you updated as well...

I turned my vita on today to realize that I had lost all my medals, but all my unlocked cars and tracks are still available. I don't know if the problem is related. I had about 90 medals.

The unlocked cars and tracks can be saved except the medals and your records. Maybe there are some problems of the server or our own network. It takes 2-3mins to enter the game when wifi is on, so slow. But without the wifi it will be very fast.

Just went to try it again and models collected has gone from 10 down to 7! No point playing it if you're gonna keep losing everything, shame was enjoying it, like the old days of micro machines!

Hey guys, I think I have solved the problem. But you should format and restore BOTH your vita and memory card. I tried to only restore the vita and reinstall the game it also didnt work. At least the game progress can be saved in my vita now. You can have a try this method. Hope it will be useful.

anyone still having problems needs to contact @PhenomEvolution and request they reset your profile on there servers, this takes a few days apparently, me and others are currently waiting.
