Can someone please tell me why ps3 users cant see me online on my ps vita? Will the issue ever be fixed?

If we can see ps3 friends online and what they are playing then surley this must be an easy issue for sony to to be able to fix, is it just me that see's this as a major let down??

I cant see why its not been made a massive issue! I bought mine at launch an the first thing i wanted to check out was my online access and cross compatibility....what a disappointment!

Can anyone shed any light on what the problem is and if it will ever get sorted

TBH it is not that important othe issues need to be fixed first.

It's more to do with bragging rights to show you have a Vita to your friends.

You can message them from the Vita so at least you get that option.

And you do show on the PS3 when online you just have to scroll to the bottom of your friends list.

And how do you know it is easy to do?
