That is poor service. There are two numbers 0844 8871116 or the free 0800 230 0202
Ask for second line support regarding an issue with your Thomson box, PS Vita and Nat 3 (strict). Once, you get to 2nd line suppport they should be able to send the patch to your router which will take the router back to it's default settings.
Don't give up it worked for me.

Crumbs! They patch install involves rebooting your router, I guess if this doesn't happen then they have sent the patch. Also, they can log into your router and check to see if the patch has been installed. Ask them to check to see if the insall has worked unfortunately you can do this yourself. Get back on the phone and either talk to a supervisor or don't put the phone down until they get it right! Ezz

try this way : Network-->Wi-Fi Settings-->(click your network)-->Advanced Settings-->IP Address Settings-->(PPPoE)-->enter username & password PPPoe*-->MTU-->manual(1500) --> OK !!!
* PPPoE CLICK !!!
in order to obtain the login name and the password PPPoE it is necessary to get in touch with its contractor of the Internet, since when connection oneself through with the one I have options on PS VITA and PS3 always NAT 1
, I hope that I helped
before we will start placing the Internet through the option PPPoE one should reset router to the factory presets, it isn't necessary to open ports , good look !!!

PPPoE fix doesn't work with all ISP's. A very easy fix if port forwarding or DMZ doesn't work is disable the routers firewall.
Only disable the routers firewall if you have adequate anti virus installed on your computers.

I did all that and more but my vita still reported nat3 until O2 sent a magic patch to my router!

I know that not everyone have so easily
I tried a lot of times the way you wrote and each time I have had NAT 3 :/
