rear touch pad has stopped working

just been working my way back thru uncharted when i noticed i couldnt use the rear touch pad to zoom in and out in photo mode thought it might just be uncharted but i went into welcome park and the tap section where u need to tap numbers ...this uses the rear pad as well and it isnt working full stop anyone had this happen , if so how do i fix it

Was playing Escape Plan a while ago, when I noticed this happening. And this is what my fiddlings found out.

The rear touch pad is powered by the battery. If your battery is below a certain level the rear pad will not work.

So the simple answer is recharge your battery.

batterys fully charged so its not that

i switched off and back on and it seems to be working again .........strange

I've seen lots of people with the same problem. A reboot always fixes it. Probably a FW bug.
