To be fair, from what ive heard from mates etc, there both average games at best, but if i personally was to fork out for one of the two, it would probably be little deviants

Why the choice between two poor exculsives. How about Motorstorm RC, Hustle Kings, Stardust Delta, Escape Plan?

Reality Fighters is very poor and I would suggest you don't get that. Little Deviants is pretty good but doesn't have a lot of depth. Its certainly worth the price and does a good job of showing off the Vita's various features. I would get a Little Deviants out of those two but there are better games.
