PS Vita: General Discussion

hi just got my vita however im having trouble with the vodafone website it will not let me top up the sim card on the website.is the site currently down i am using the fast top up with the mobile broadband and tablet section is this right.many thanks apologies if this has already been asked/answered.

It took me 4 days of trying to successfully top up & I didn't do anything different on the final attempt.

Good luck.

Once you get it sorted you've got the " where's my Wipeout " issue to look forward to.

You get bounced around on the phone all day & nothing gets sorted.

right ive turned wifi off and doing it through 3g but im getting network errors on top up confirmation page very annoying and overly difficult tbh.

How often did you try to top up. I tried loads. I rang them & got told my sim'd been " admin blocked " because I'd tried too often.

Call Vodaphone with your details handy & ask them to check if it has indeed been " admin blocked " & ask them to remove it.

They're clueless about Wipeout though.

I had some issues, infact the same but the only difference is as soon as I closed all tabs in the browser and retried it worked, as each time you click the link it opens up a new tab leaving the previous one in the cach! I may of been lucky with it working first time after my idea but still I recommend closing all tabs each time!

nope normal visa im gonna give it a break till tommorrow as its starting too get on my nerves now ill try once more online then i spose ill have too ring them.

You should be connecting through the Vita's 3G to the Vodafone website not wifi.

Its so the website can access the sim.

I have a normal Visa & ended up having to use the Electron option.
