can anyone let me know how to redem voucher codes that have been danaged
Check the receipt it might have the code on or ring support and see if they can help
I have same problem I rang Sony PlayStation and they said to email them with photos of damaged voucher and receipt so I did that then got reply with an incident number and said that my complaint been sent to network team!! This was on 25th of Jan and I'm still waiting for a new code. I rang them again and didn't get anywhere keep getting told can't give me a time ratio on how long it will take to solve problem! I am really annoyed. So good luck with trying to get a new code for your damaged voucher mate coz your gonna have same probs as me!!!! And I am not prepared to pay for another one in tescos!!!! Shops do not refund or exchange these vouchers!!!!!!!!

Mate I couldn't even enter the code coz when scratched it off numbers were missing and peeling away, it wasn't the case of entering wrong code! I didn't have a code to enter!!@S2N-Ava
Nah that's just the Official words from Sony.
I tell people to Telephone Sony Direct to sort these Codes out, which you have done.
Top Ups, if that is what you tried are done is 2 steps.
1. The Code that is on the Receipt is scanned by the Till and sent off to Sony, it activates the Code.
2. The Redeem Code is entered into the PSN Account, this tells Sony where to place the Content.
When you telephone Sony, you need the Activation Code as a starting point, along with any other details that can clear the matter up.
