Technically speaking, DDOS isn't hacking. It is, by the name itself, a denial of service attack. There is no breach of private information involved. If you want the DDOS attack to stop, you will need to talk to your ISP and let them know about it.

Although, in most civilised countries, denial of service attacks or attempts are also deemed to be illegal. So if your ISP refuses to take action, or to investigate, then suggest to them that you will involve the police.
