Thought I'd share my experience as it may come in handy to someone else.
I lost my trade-in card along with my wallet on a night out, blahdy blah. Needless to say I was a bit miffed 'cause I had £66.81 on the card. Oh, and of course I hadn't kept the receipt either.
So, what I did.
Spoke to a guy in-store about it who said they can't do anything about it, as I didn't have any receipts but, if I call customer services they may be able to issue me a new one.
I called the Customer Service line on 0871 200 3068.
Explained my situation to a surprisingly nice girl. I've heard some horror stories about Game customer service...
She asked for my Reward Card number, and confirmed the date of my last trade-in/purchase using the trade-in card.
I was put on hold for 5-10 minutes. Thought I was out of luck at this point.
Then a lovely voice said 'Ok, that's all sorted, you should receive a replacement card by the end of the week with a total of £65.21.'
You may have noticed that the amount on the card is £1.50 less than it was before I lost it. So I think they charge you £1.50 for the replacement. I didn't actually realise until I'd hung up so couldn't ask.
Anyway, hope this helps someone else in the the future!
