PS4 will cost how much new ₤350-₤500?
The old ways have finished, only diehard gamers will pay over the odds prices for the latest hardware and this won't mean many sales.
If Sony can bring out a console between ₤200-₤300 I think it will fly, but all we have to do is look at Vita, 3DS, smartphones and tablets to see things are changing.
Either way I think next Gen one company will finish with consoles for good.
I'd imagine PS4 will cost around £299, can't see any reason why it should cost more. At very most £349, but I'd guesstimate £299. There isn't exactly anything new or special going into it.
It needs to be no more than £299
Hopefully the high price and slow sales of the Ps3 they would have learnt their lesson.
Apart from the first month new console sales do tend to drop but the Ps3 sales dropped a lot and many people with the price decided to either wait or go for the other system.
The Ps3 price was exsesive at £425 IMO and yes I bought one and do not regret it.
Blu-ray is now cheap enough so that should not bump up the price like it did with the Ps3.

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?
