Re: The Best Way To Keep Your PS3 Clean!

You can buy cans of compressed air. It's a good way to clean off dust and lasts ages.

Re: The Best Way To Keep Your PS3 Clean!

the easiest way to keep the ps3 clean is to not touch it, when you take it out of the box wear some gloves, then build a perspex box, with holes for air and a slot for the disc tray,

You will still get dust build up on the PS3. ever noticed how much dust builds up on the inside of your PC. you could have a filter to let the air inside and the rest of it would be airtight and cooled.

yeah i use compressed air but you gotta be careful as not to spray into the vents and this can blow more dust inside the system.
the PS3 looks beautiful but its def a dust magnet, i got a nice LCD on a black glass stand with the PS3 sat underneath it, dust city baby!!
i use some compressed air to blow off surface dust, then a fluffy duster which collects the dust then one of those pledge multisurface wipes which you throw away, works great but dust comes back pretty quick.

Re: The Best Way To Keep Your PS3 Clean!

I just doesnt do anything. Push the on button nowt happens. I have got it in bits to see if the problem is obvious but its not. Its actually quite impressive the volume of stuff they can fit into the box.

Honestly sounds like a heavey component inside the PSU like the transformer may have come lose?
