Hi guys,

This error code indicates that the PS3 is struggling to load the disc. This may be indicative of an issue developing on the console potentially.

Otherwise check the disk is not scratched and the surface is clean. Delete Game data and redownload it for the game to see if this helps.

Rabid

Re: PS3 error 80010514

Please try the following the steps below to help resolve the issue.

Please clear out your Game data utility for the game
To do this Please follow the steps in the link below:
http://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/369/~/remove-ps3-game-data-utility-files

Next What I'd like you to do is Try rebuilding your Playstation 3 Database and Restoring your file system.

.) Turn off PS3 so the red light is on.
2.) Hold and keep holding the power button. The console will turn on, and eventually turn off again.
3.) Once off, with the red light on again, press and hold the power button. You will hear one beep, another single beep after that, and then two beeps in a row. After the two beeps, let go of the power button so it doesn't turn off again and you'll end up in the system recovery menu.
From here there are a few options. Now this is important, "DO NOT CLICK ON 'RESTORE PS3". That will wipe the hard drive clean. You don't want that.

What you want is the other two options:
A) "Rebuild PS3 Database" (this might take a little time be patient).
B) "Restore PS3 File System" (your bootup code, restoring is almost instant).

Re: PS3 error 80010514

I think it's probably safe to say that Rabid is right. You've exhausted the list of potential fixes so its safe to say this is a fault with your ps3 and replacing the console is probably your best bet.
