This morning I was playing mw3 online just fine. I turned my ps3 off to eat lunch and when I got back I turned it back on but this time it said... You have been signed out of playstation network. This has been happening all day. I have tried switching my dns to googles. Primary 8.8.8.8 Secondary 8.8.4.4 I also tried restoring my ps3 back to default settings. I have been messing with my settings all day and now. I need help solving it I have searched online and no one has an answer so please Sony help solve this and it is not my router and I am using a wireless connection but the signal is 100% Thanks for help David

Forgot to add a lot of other people are having this same problem... And when I do the connection test everything ng works nothing says failed but then psn gives me the error above... But I can still acess the browser just can't log into psn

Hi Piepe9,

 

Try signing in at a later time as there could be temporary congestion with your Internet service.


If your are using a wireless connection, check the signal strength of your connection. Move the PS3 system closer to your wireless access point (router).

 

If you continue to have problems connecting, there may be an issue with your Internet connection. Try the steps in this wireless troubleshooting guide

Already tried all those steps... Idk what's going on is there a way you can check if Sony is updating my account. Everyone is having this problem and u guys are telling us the same steps but none work

No it is not a suspension code what a load of rubbish.

In most cases a simple router reboot will resolve this error. I rarely do disconnect from the network can stay signed in for hours. If i do get disconnected it usually the 8002AD36 error.

This is going to be a local issue as there are no wide spread reports of signing in issues.

i have just started receiving this message over the last couple of days!

it says

'you have been signed out of the PlayStation Network

error 8002AD36'

everytime i try to log in, it just displays the error, what can be done?

Try leaving both switched off at the socket for 5min the switch router on & ps3 last.

I've been having this problem for the last few days. I turn on my PS3, it automatically logs me in, after some time it logs me out & when I try to log back in Error code: 8002AD36. Sometimes I can turn everything off & repeat the process. Sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't.

I'm going to have to end up calling their premium rate helpline, aren't I?
