I am trying to add a sub account but seems to fail at last step after choosing online Id, address details. Shows the famous error code 80023102 which seems to be associated with credit card in many threads.
I tried adding some funds using browsthroughout ill no success thou funds added successfully. I have used master account to create the sub account, Internet is also working fine.
what could be the problem?
Is there any message when you get the 80023102 error?
As an alternative you can create the Sub Accounts via the SEN website and then link them to the PS3 after.
it just says " an error has occured 80023102" and nothing else. I can see the sub account created under sub accounts option.
Error i have described is wile linking on PS3.
I'm having the exactly same problem, I get the error on the last step of creating sub accounts.
I created the new account on SEN, but when I try to link to it with a new User on the PS3, I get the same error at the last step afer entering all the address information and 'confirm'. Is there any news on a fix for this?

I set up an account on the PS3 and the Sony Network and then craeted two sub accounts on the network. My boys have then completed the setup on the PS3, but get the error message as they conform their preferences.
Getting very annoying and time consuming.
Just ran into same issue. Trying to setup subaccount for my son and after confirming his id, address, gender etc. i select confirm and it gives me the same error has ocurred 80023102 messsage.
Sony are you listening.. any ideas??
