hi guys, just a heads up, i have been having trouble with BTTF ep.1 & went to redownload it from my list, but my list is gone, I'm assuming this was from last nights maintenance, can any of the mods please look into this & let us know. Also, my transaction list is blank too

I think that wev'e just got to face the fact that the systems been shafted since the Outage last April.

 

As i said in an earlier post , this feels kind of similiar , and , familiar know .

 

Im not saying they have had any sort of Security breach .

 

Its just that they seem to be doing maintenance virtually everyday,the store list has been mucked up for weeks and only just corrected,some games have been corrupted,ive just been refunded for Splinter Cell which wrecked my HDD at 94% install ( Replacement cost me £83.00 )

  

The Back up/Restore feature does not work correctly anymore.

 

Yet Sony keep adding more features,

                                                          I would have thought it would make sense to sort out the problems already present instead of complicating things more. Im damned upset by all this nonsense, its been the worst year of gaming I can remember.

What about GT5's DLC? I bought Car Pack 3 and the Speed Test Pack yesterday.. In Store they're marked as bought, but GT5's DLC can't be downloaded in Store, they're downloaded in the game, after you buy them, only, they didn't appear in the game's DLC menu. 9 Euros down the drain? I hope not.. Any update on this issue would be appreciated.

I have tipped gaming news/community sites about the PSN store problem and hope they will give this issue a bit of media attention. Might make Sony care a bit more about the problem. You should do the same, give a news tip about the issue to the sites you usually go to.

I bought some DLC last night and have been unable to download it due to this.  I can appreciate technical problems do occur, but surely Sony should prevent users from being able to buy content if they can't access it immediately?  I've paid my money and now can't download the DLC.  Poor show, Sony.

Same issue here everytime I go to download Twisted Metal nothing appears also cannot view download history I can redeem codes ok?

Update - As of this morning I can confirm that we are still working to resolve this issue.  For those of you worried about losing content I can assure you that this is not the case.  Your download lists and purchase history have not been affected, the problem is the ability to access them from your console.

 

Once this is fixed all your content will be available as before.

 

I will keep you updated even if there is no update, if that makes sense?  :smileyindifferent:

I'm having this problem since yeasterday, too and I'm not ps+ .
Recently I started having another problem on my 40Gb ps3, I used to play on a non-hd lcd most time,but sometimes switched to a sony bravia and played on hd. But now I can't get hd to work, sometimes it detects the hdmi cable but when I choose switch to hdmi nothing shows on the lcd just a balck screen like if nothing was conected to it. Idk if it's related to 4.00 update.

not sure if it's much help but that has happened to me before. Sometimes I have to manually change it, so I connected the SCART lead and the HDMi cable to the same HD TV then if it doesn't read the HD Cable on its own I switch to the SCART lead channel and it should be there, then I go on to, I believe it's the display settings, and change it from there to HDMi then that screen should go black, then switch to the HDMi channel and it should be up on the screen saying something like are you happy with these settings, click yes and you should now be in HD.

 

If that's not the case, I'm sorry for rambling on.

I already tried it but when I do it for sound it says there's some error and doesn't work, and when I do it for video it looks like I have nothing connected, it doens't even load, it just stays like if nothign is conected for 30 secs and then backs to scart.

I wana download my FFXIII-2 content before i start it, guess i will play MGS instead.

Same problem here, also having a major nightmare with the elite app for cod i paid for the membership, but cannot access the the extra entitlement and the website say i don't have the package, very frustrating

yes, good that you update us. Otherwise you only appear to ignore us.

 

 

Also you should all click download on the items you want to download later, especially if you are a plus user so you can access them from the download list when things work. And for plus-users it is important to "download" the time-limited offers before they run out if this might be a long term issue.

My playstation got a corrupt drive last weekend and insisted in a reformat, so I lost the saves since I backed up or those which required the cloud.

This weekend I am currently unable to play Mass Effect 2, Batman and no doubt many others as the game save is in some way connected to a piece of content I havent downloaded from the store since last weekend, and now cannot.

What an unfortunate couple of weekends!

personally, i really dont think you need to update us unless, there is something to update us about, @ those who want updated, even if nothing has changed, why would you want updated?, let the tech guys do their jobs & get back to us when its fixed, we now know we havnt lost any content, so all we are really waiting on is to be told that the lists are available again, pain in the butt for some i know, but come on guys, they are trying to fix, i mean, its not like we have lost online play or anything like that
