my guess is that it is highly likely the next call of duty will be released on both ps3 and ps4, maybe even just ps3. either way the ps3 still has a good couple of years at least left in it yet.
Call of Duty: Ghost has been confirmed for PS4 mate.

If you have large amounts of spare cash to burn on a new console and the few new games that will be avalible at launch then why not go for the PS4.
But if your on a tight budget or simply want bang for your buck the PS3 is the way to go, cheaper all round with a massive back cat of games that are also bang for your buck.
The PS4 will take a good year or two until it hits its stride, i personally wont be looking at it until around 2015 which by then, i should have wadded through my back cat of present ps3 games. :smileysurprised:
But in the end the choice, is yours.
I don't think you'll get hate for not buying a PS3. Buying a console specifically for CoD on the other hand. *Scratches head*
The first year of a new generation is for people with too much money. Buy a PS3, enjoy some of the amazing games being released this year (TLOU & GTA V are my picks for the year) & wait to see how the next gen pans out.
