Hello everyone, I just wanted to see if I could get any help with this extremely frustrating issue I have. I waited in line yesterday for 6 hours just to get a defective Playstation 4 Model. I do not know what is causing the problem, everything is hooked up properly and I am absoloutely sure about that. So far the only supposed fix there is, is to remove the HDD from the Playstation 4 and then launch it, shut it off, put the HDD back in, and then launch it. I would do this, however its supposedly only a temporary fix and afterwards the HDD will die. Is there any way to fix this problem i'm having, without doing the HDD methood?
Try asking folk in a country that has access to the console you may do a better job of trolling with those guys.

You should have gone to the queue for the working models.
Oh it was almost rude how much I laughed at this.
Sorry guys, this wasn't a troll attempt, and I didn't notice this was the EU Forums so it was a simple mistake.
Maybe turn on the plug socket on the wall?
did OP ever fix this issue?
I'd be suprise if you would get an answer to that based on the responses in the thread. The only decent response was the directing the user to the correct forums.

Yes! launch it out of the nearest window and scream.. S**W YOU SONY!
This is the big risk with new consoles because stock is so back ordered you wont be able to get a shop exchange for ages. Best do all your dealings through Sony directly.
