I have bought some VC off the PSN store for NBA 2K13 the money was subtracted from my account and yet it doesn't come up in my downwards or the VC doesn't appear in the game any help?
Hey guys, you probably know but the vc in the psn store is now working It came up for me last night
Really? I played until almost 2 am last night but I haven't got my VC yet.
Actually, got this from 2k support...so i guess I'll be trying that when i got home...
If you have purchased a NBA 2K13 Virtual Currency pack from the PSN store in one of the affected International territories, please rest assured the balance has been credited to your My Player account, although it may not be displaying correctly in-game. To ensure your balance correctly displays your newly purchased Virtual Currency, please follow the steps outlined below. Please note that if you previously purchased this Virtual Currency pack, you will not be charged again.
Yeah man thats pretty much what i did I went to purchase some gear in game and normally it would say cancelled but last night it came up and it bypassed the ps store page and the vc came up in my player and then I have been able to purchase more since so I kitted my player out with the gear I wanted I'm in West Oz and I did it at about 6 PM Western Time
Hey man...playing in MyCareer earning 10, 20, 40 VC, if you're good enough, going to take ages. Playing all day is not even going to give you enough to increase your stats... I also play exhibition, blacktop to get VC...seems to get decent 150 to 250 VC per game...only if 2K server is consistent in giving those VC , sometimes I played blacktop and exhibition and I didn't get any VC although it says updating VC earned in 2k server. I bought the VC, but that's cause I have some credit in PSN wallet. I'm happy to play exhibition, blacktop etc to get VC, but if 2k server is buggy then it's just a waste of time.
well it's an option so use your common sence and use it also it is very cheap and does not waste time playing endless amount of games
hey i have the same problem ive brought 10,000 vc twice and it still havent come up yet
also ive just check in the store that it has been taken off like wft i spent money on this ***** and getting nothing for it can someone help me
The best solution for you would be to contact 2K Sports and give them all the details.
You can find their contact number at the second to last page of the game manual.
similar problem - purchased the "blue diamond" pack in the PS store and it won't come up in game. You can no longer buy VC in the PS store but you can in game, except when I try it cancels and says unable to purchase at this time, try later... I have been trying for over a month.
How do I go about at least getting the inoperable blue diamond pack refunded?
2K don't answer their phones or emails, so that looks like a dead end.
I purchased the Blue Diamond Jewellery pack a few days ago, however I am unable to see the items in game.
Is this due to 2K stopping support of 2K13? And if so, why is this option still available for purchase?
Sorry to hear about your issue there.
First thing to check when DLC doesn't show up in game would be your disc id.
This can be found on the spine of the case that the disc comes in:
BLES-xxxxx: DLC purchased on AU/NZ accounts will work.
BLAS-xxxxx: DLC purchased on Asian accounts will work but not on AU/NZ accounts.
BLUS-xxxxx: DLC purchased on American accounts will work but not on AU/NZ accounts.
Therefore if your disc ID indicates that your game is from an overseas region, then the content that you have purchased will not work since the PS Store is region locked.
That's the correct disc id if you have an AU/NZ account.
The next thing i would suggest is to get in touch with the publisher, 2K Sports for further assitance as this is in game content which they should be able to assist you with.
