I was charged £23.99 for the Rockstar Max Payne pass and with a few hrs it's relisted at £19.99 after 48hrs emailing and using twitter with Rockstar support I get ring play station eu all to another country ? Is that not a joke ? I was also told play station will be writing to me again you took the cash digitally yet your writing to me why? Just pay the pay what you owe

Sony don't really owe you anything tbh. If they're feely really generous they may refund you the difference out of good will.
just becuase the price drops after you buy something doesn't mean the seller owes you anything back. that's life and happens in any retail environment. It's annoying when it happens yes, but one of those things.

Rockstar have said it was a pricing error and Sony made the mistake and down to them to refund but asking me to phone a eu number is kind of funny probably a £10 call to get £4 back
I will have a look into this with our store team and get back to you.

So Why does one user get to Not need to make a expensive phonecall But another (ME) Have to ?.. I refer to a question i asked regards missing owned content, WIPEOUTHD which was (cheekily, imo.) marked as resolved After 'someone' advised me to phone cust-services, Why can't you, or other site workers ?.. moderators, erm Staff i guess... Just do for Me whats been done here... Also If the answer is because this may affect x amount of ppl etc.... i Know my issue Also affects numerous ppl... Would like to know Why the different treatment ?..... My (solved..lol.) query was posted 15th 5.. on psn tech help.. and i (think) believe rabidwalker, (is it ?) marked it as being solved... Thought i had to do that..?.
btw, sorry to jump in on this 'properly' resolved post etc..
