hi i was just wondering if anone else was getting this message? i was working fine yesterday when i bought a couple of films, now I'm getting this. also when i check my account media it lists the games i have but not the movies i'e bought. By the way the message is coming up in the store at the purchase confirmation screen.

yeah, got the same problem. after 5 years of never having this issue, I decided I'd spend €75- but, when I went to add funds I got a notification tha tmy credit card information was incorrect. I checked my billing information, everything was right but I put all the information again. then when I tried to add funds - I got a notification saying 'funds could not be added to your wallet'.
I got that notification about 5 times but now I'm just getting 'error 80023102.
None of previously said fixes are working for me.

well i phoned support yesterday @ 8pm they told me i was locked out for some reason, and to wait 24 hours. it is now 10:10PM the following day (so OVER 24 hours) and oh look still no joy. I've tried all the solutions I've heard about with no joy and I know its not my card as i used it today with no problems. Only had the stinking system for a week and a half and already having problems. have just got the reciept out to take it back and change it. Sony lost a customer with their lackluster response to problems. Probably does not bother them much

well just spoke to someone really unhelpful in support, who suggested I buy a PSN card. Ermm no the whole point of registering my card details is so I don't have to go through all the trouble of buying prepaid cards etc... he then replied with well the account can be locked for purchases for upto 7 days, i informed him its not a problem efore saying goodbye. PS3 now in the back of my car going back to the shop it was bought from, may it never darken my house again, utterly totally and without question a useless company as a whole.

Same problem couldnt add founds to wallet, tried different debet card visa and master no luck.
After many tries to add founds and the same message that founds cant be added, the error code 80023102 showed up.

i've just phoned sony up & there telling me to get in touch with my bank but what is the bank going to do? they cant change my bank details for god sake, & considering i've never had this problem before ever & i've seen a lot of people on the forums having the same problem so whats the point. such liars sony.

phoned sony up again telling them my banks looked at my card & its absolutely fine so i went through all the security bs questions with them then they said they would look into it for me and phone me back but with no suprise they havnt done so, its been almost 2 weeks now. absolutely useless these people.

There is not a problem with your playstation; its due to pn and their
foolish automated severs.
For some reason their has been a problem with why your transaction did not go through (mine was my billing address or probably the fact that I had added funds into onto account with the same bank card not long before, dunno).
According to what playstation support have said and what i can work out, ive tried to add funds with the wrong billing address too many times that psn's automated servers have put a ban on my account for either 24 hours or 7 days. From the sound the guys voice who i had spoken to he was not able to mess with this ban (not 100% sure - asking about it slipped my mind at the time)
Call ps support to find out how long your ban is for
