Same thing here. Of course, xbox live isn't going to be any better if you somehow manage to unsync your files from your account. In that case, you still have to be connected.
For my error 80710D36 it is fixed now. No errors alert now. For another I dunno.
But now i cant find free games in welcome back folder in PNS. I visited that folder for any times and now it is missing... I have 2 free games left.
Hi I have had the same problem I got the origonal error message but did manage to sign in it let me look at the store even apeared to let me purcahse the intial pack to allow you to get the free games but would not let me get the games themselves without the message poping up. Been on today the message came up a couple of times but it has let me download a coule of things however the free games are no longer there and i never downloaded any. Any help please?
Exactly my issue - is there any way to request the welcome pack is reactivated or any way to contact Sony - I can't find anything!
Hi I found a solution in the end and am currently downloading the games.
If the free games option appears to have disappeared, try this:
1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”
After a few attempts itll sign in but if i try to do anything on psn i get that arror and signed out ***** is goin on??
