ive been getting this code for about 2 months now and its really annoying me. I purchased the new DLC maps for MW3 and since buying them ive pnly been able to play on them about twice.

I really am considering switching to xbox if sony dont get this problem sorted out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah i can access the internet no problem. Ive tried resetting my wireless settings, unplugging from the socket all sorts. Sometimes i can sign in then it signs me straight back out and gives me a complete different error code.

when i try to sign in i get 80710092, and sometimes different ones, sometimes it says something about the DNS and other things.

so i too have this problem except now its worse.. after trying everything ive read to try it came down to restoring ps3 settings so i did that and now when i do a test it only shows obtain ip and internet conn. ive lost everything else and still cant sign in to network. it lets me use internet and i know its not from internet company they just came today to look at their network connections

What i did is found a PS3 Tech support number, the guy had reccomended that i call my internet service provider and open up something call ports. I cant give you anymore info. Just call PS3 tech Support and ask about opening up ports. My internet only goes bad when theres to many people playing the game, or just a bad day to be on. Otherwise, my internet is so fast that some of my friends lagged out of my lobby. Hope this helped, and srry it is long

Ok here's the thing. I'm getting the same error code . I does detect Ip and everything (wireless or LAN). But when it comes to testing(last step) It does optain Ip(succeeded) but in the second row (internet connection) it take a while then says failed. I press Obutton for suggestion action tried all of them and nothing. Says write down this error code. Thats with my cable provider. I have another cable provider (LOS antenna) a small antenna on the roof and works perfect. I though it was my PS3 OR wireless modem but they are working fine.
Any inputs? Thanks.

i fixed this issue about 2 or 3 days ago the issue isnt with PSN the issue is with your wireless network... 

 

google openDNS its free, straight forward and will fix your network with no hassle plus no downloads

Who is your ISP? this error a lot of the time is usually an internet provider problem. Had the problem in the past with Orange Broadband switching to OpenDNS never had this error since.

I bought my PlayStation Plus account 2 days ago and already downloaded all the games, but when I try to play the game ask for a patch but then the error appears. I can connect to PSN and play online but I can enjoy my PSN+ games because of this error. Help!

Someone is going to help us? Playstation play has become a torture!! I bought FIFA13  from PSN. However, during the installation of the version 1.02, but the system give error!!! code is 80710092. If you install this version of the game play is enough to infuriate people! I've tried everything on this web site in accordance with the lined. But I did not get any results. 

 

Find the solution to this problem as soon as possible.
