ive been getting this code for about 2 months now and its really annoying me. I purchased the new DLC maps for MW3 and since buying them ive pnly been able to play on them about twice.

I really am considering switching to xbox if sony dont get this problem sorted out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah i can access the internet no problem. Ive tried resetting my wireless settings, unplugging from the socket all sorts. Sometimes i can sign in then it signs me straight back out and gives me a complete different error code.

Ok what happens when you attempt to sign in to your Account?  Any error messages?  Or is it just COD your having problems with?

when i try to sign in i get 80710092, and sometimes different ones, sometimes it says something about the DNS and other things.

Run through the steps in our wireless connection troubleshooting guide  If your still unable to connect after that then let me know.

so i too have this problem except now its worse.. after trying everything ive read to try it came down to restoring ps3 settings so i did that and now when i do a test it only shows obtain ip and internet conn. ive lost everything else and still cant sign in to network. it lets me use internet and i know its not from internet company they just came today to look at their network connections

Ok here's the thing. I'm getting the same error code . I does detect Ip and everything (wireless or LAN). But when it comes to testing(last step) It does optain Ip(succeeded) but in the second row (internet connection) it take a while then says failed. I press Obutton for suggestion action tried all of them and nothing. Says write down this error code. Thats with my cable provider. I have another cable provider (LOS antenna) a small antenna on the roof and works perfect. I though it was my PS3 OR wireless modem but they are working fine.
Any inputs? Thanks.
