I just done the customer service feedback thing I'm very much hoping a real person looks at it and sorts my problem out no just a machine that tells me to ring them anyway i will let you guy know if they actually do call me or anything

Okay I got my code last Friday. You need to ring them stress the situation, explain you are aware they are giving out codes to download a new copy for people who download the original game that was on psn for thursday and part of friday, tell them to check their logs of what youve downloaded on your psn account if they arnt being helpful, hopefully your code should be sent in 2 days max, i rang wednesday night got moine friday last week, if you want try and get onto a manager and nag about the whole free download of AC if you have a pspgo see if you can get a refund seeing as they have yet to deliver you your copy of AC which you were entitled to on launch that did not work.
If the guy/gal is clueless to the problem demand to speak to a manager or someone higher up they should know if they dont i honestly have no hope for Sony!

Well praise the lord baby Jesus in his manger, I finally have my code!

It turns out my original phone call 3 weeks ago actually did the trick, the only problem was that my email address had been taken down incorrectly.

They just re-confirmed my details and gave me a code over the phone.

My PSP is downloading the 592MB file now.

I am putting my faith in Sony that it will actually work when I boot it up...

I can finally archive all the emails in my Inbox and play the darn thing now!

yeah am having the same problem here , is there any one got a solution for this ?i been tried deleting and installed many but problem persist no change at all..

The problem is a year old now my friend and was solved within the first week, you issue seems to be different to that of ours, it was just a bad file before hand and was later changed, via a new download which replaced the old one, we all eventually got contacted by sony via email with a code for the new download file.
Whats the nature of the problem you are experiencing? If I remember before the problem was that it froze after about 10 seconds from booting up the game from the psp go hard drive.
When did you download the file?
