Hi guys.

I've unlocked all the standard characters throughout the story mode (all of the ones represented with a ? at the character selection screen at the start of the game) and Helghast.

I was wondering if there were any more characters similar to Helghast which are not represented with a ?.

Hi Matt, yes there are two other characters you can unlock.
Suzuki and Gloria.
Suzuki is at the Dubno Company, go left immediately at the entrance and he will join your club if you beat him and the oldest person in the company.
The oldest person at the company is Jonathon, I think he is on the helicopter landing pad.

Gloria is at Happy Tennis Club HQ, beat everyone else on the game/Match Play screen, and she will ask you to play her.
