PSP™ Games

I plan to get one or both of these game and i know that they're both available for the PSP. But the  PS1 version that comes with both games is on the japanes PS store and will probably be on the European store soon. Are there any features that make the PSP worth the extra money or should I just wait for the old version to be released? Thanks in advance.

I'd get the PSP versions if you want to play them on there. They've been optimised for the PSP screen and everything.

Besides, if you wait for the PS1 version to come to the EU PSN store you could be waiting months if not years. There are a heck of a lot of games that will never be released over here unless publishers (that's right not Sony) get their arses in gear and realise the world consists of more than two countries.

You make a good point. But these two PSP reviews make the PSP version look crap, while the PS1 review is very different (although the reviews are probably just biased).
