Hello. I am still waiting my promotion code for the 10 free games for my PSP GO.

Why?

I have signed up on 22-6-11.

I downloaded the theme early June just after the outage and still havent received the infamous email. Not sure how to contact anyone to get this resolved?

Hi and sry for my English. I have same problem with the free games, i buy my psp go on 7/6/11 i create acc the next day  and download the theme from my psp go do it all were say the official page except the e-mail sender for news because all this days server is down for this option, today is 15/7/11 after 37 days no codes for games... where is the problem why dont send me mail? all steps is right but nothink please help me i have bored to wait...  IS LIKE A TRAP dont say anythink on box for waiting 31 days and too many steps.....

Haven't received mine either. Redownloaded the theme. Who the hell in Sony can you actually contact about this?

I downloaded the theme friday and tuesday night i received the email.

however the downloads are ridiculously slow like there is some sort of connection error.

Hello, I'm the same. I come from the assignment of the Republic. Waiting for you! 45! days and still not see a promo code. I wrote to support, and you wrote to me that I asked for a replacement code, due to the recent outage. It also getting impatient.

Same here, but I did receive my code yesterday after 36 days. Now I have a new problem. Whilst downloading the first of the 10 promo-games, my PSP went down. After starting it again, I can not use the promotion code! It just states that it is expired. Can this be true?

you can check your downloads under account management to download any of them again

Same problem - one (re)downloaded successfully, but can't download any of the other 9 (tells me my code is now invalid).

Anyone got a contact email or phone number for someone that can help at Sony?!
