Yeah I downloaded it on my PSP Go on Christmas day and went to play on it today and its all in french would I have to pay agian?

I can advise that this game was published on most PlayStation Stores, however as the game is only in French it has now been removed from all non-French Stores. 

We will refund this game to your wallet if you purchased the title from a non-French Store.
