Dear sony

Why oh why are the megaman legends games and megaman powered up not available for download outside of japan.

With the future release of megaman legends 3 on 3DS it seems a no brainer to release the first two for download on psp and take advantage of the backwash from attention.

And theres no real reason not to release megaman powered up either.
