no code received for PSP GO

it's been more than 10 days since i registered with my psp go. but still i have not received any code. what happen with the promo.

Your not the only one - I've had mine for over 2 weeks now and still no code. I leave for travelling in 1 weeks time for 3 months and the 10 free games was the reason why I bought it.

 

Sony - Please give us an update.

Same here still waiting, and no real way of knowing when or weather we are going to get the redeem codes, hope nobody is giving a psp go on christmas day, as they will have along wait to play games, very disappointing Sony!!!    How long does it take to issue redeem codes?

Best to call them , ask what they are doing about it and when you anticipate a customer follow up call.

Or you may not have anything done about it.

Day 24 for me without a code. Rang them up on Thursday (the UK helpline), told me to wait 10 days and call again if I still haven't received it. What annoyed me is that the guy wouldn't even bother to confirm if the code is on its way or not, I will be very angry if I wait the full 30 days to ring up and be told I did it incorrectly (although I am quite sure that I did it correctly, it would be nice to have some reassurance).

 

The land line number for the UK Sony help centre is 01923476426 if you wish to ring them, but prepare to be turned away unless you've waited 30 days.

You are right...anyone have solution for this issssssssssssssssssssssssssssssuuuuuuuuuuuuuuueee.

Strange to be sony PSP like That....
