some friends said they could add me but i dnt have a dang clue on how to add them.. um. i'm confused. is there a way to go around the limits and still add? if ya'll kno anything new u can tweet me (Ink3d13) or something)

you are right they sould let people add freinds on psp.
I have a psp and a ps3 but the wireless internet does not work on my ps3 because it is the 320mb and I cant set it up.

I'm not sure I understand the problem you're having. You say you have a 320GB PS3, therefor it should have wifi and ethernet.
This should be sufficient to connect to the internet via any connection. If the PSP can use the internet then the PS3 should be able to by following the exact same steps. However, if you encounter issues then you should check with the router manufacturers website for more information. (Or post a thread in technical help here for some advice but remember to be specific!
