Re: Bluetooth Modem

Well im with vodafone dont have an internet package but i can use upto 25mb for 50p a day or i can sign up for certain things at so much per month etc might sign up for a month free trial of the internet though get a month completely free.

I get 3g+ aswell where i am right now so the speed is good aswel

Im gona try get my laptop to be the  bluetooth modem and share its internet connection as the psp doesnt support the WPA2-enterprise wifi security so im gona try set it up through my laptop.

[ Edited ]

Well thats cos 3 are terrible My cousin was with them he went to I think phones 4u they bought his contract out and started a new one with them on another network cos they suddenly started chargin him more than he was meant to be 3 is the biggest failure of a network ever.

I remember when they first started out my m8 would get disconected all the time so he went and asked about it and they said well 3 use the other networks equipment so if their customers need to make a call and their is like no space they will boot 3 customers for their own.

Re: Bluetooth Modem

Well I turned my phone blue tooth on

Then went to bluetoth device settings on psp

manage bluetoth devices

Register new device

It then connected to phone told me what pin to put into phone.

Once you have got that all done you go to networksetings

Then infrastructure mode

then new connection

then bluetoth modem

select your phone which is already paired

Dial up number = *99#

(username and password mayvary for difrent netowrks i looked on vodafone forums for setings)

Then username = web

passwoard = web

Initialization command = at+cgdcont=1,"IP","internet" sony=5  (may also be diffrent for 3 again i found on forums)

Then just keep hitting right and leave everything as it is.
