Not sure if any one has but just posting how I was able to do it without pdanet.

Rom: NATF latest 6.5 rom
psp firmware: 6.20

pair up bluetooth on psp go and fuze.
next create a network connection using psp with settings:infrastructre mode
>bluetooth connection of your phone
>dial up number: *99# (for att users)
>authentication setting (leave blank)
>initialization command (leave blank)
>dns (automatic)
>proxy (do not use> connection name(whatever you want)
> save it.

use that connection whenever you want to pair up and tether and you should be good. Hope this helps anyone.
