I contacted Sony last week and got a case number, the guy told me to ring back on the 21st so I shall be placing another call tomorrow as my 30 days will be up.

It doesnt sound like anyone got any codes last week, well no one that logs in here, gess I am going to have to wait until friday to get any action on my one...

just gave sony a call, good thing i did.

apparently having downloaded the theme once long ago before i was even considering getting  a PSPgo messed up my account so the theme didn't register in the promotion code system.

advise i got was downloading the theme with a brand new account, and then when i get the code to use it with my old account.

Maybe they have a monkey that types in the codes and he has taken a sabbatical.

its gotta be something, now it looks like they are going to wait until the last day, then try and rush all the codes thru or something stupid....then we gonna have problems downloading the stuff....Grrrr

Where can i contact Sony about the code? I don't see any support mail on the site

I made a mistake and downloaded the theme with MediaGo and i dont know if things got messed up. How difficult is to send an automated mail saying that you are eligible for the promotion code and we will send it to you soon enough. Just to know that we are indeed in the queue for the code.

ive made 4 accounts now (as i always think i made some mistake), now i made the 4th and i made it so it should work nao... (im not waiting 30 days to notice i did something wrong )

Sony should realize that they should use more than 1 laptop to manage the event...
