Just done exactly the same thing, asked to make a formal complaint, got called back ten minutes later by a manager and...... still no code. He confirmed my eligibility and that I'd completed the process correctly then assured me my code was on its way but couldn't give me a timescale, only that it was now a matter of days. Needless to say I'll be ringing back in the morning, then at lunchtime, then in the afternoon, then in the evening etc............ 

Day 37 tomorrow. This is getting f'cking ridiculous. I'm going for the record here.

Congrats to beemer. Throw some luck my way dude. I'm losing the will.

Dont worry cpm, I believe you are close now, then you are gonna find out how hard it is to download the ***** games, it takes forever..

Got my code at last.

26 August - Brought and registered PSPGo

25 Sep (day 30) - No code so phoned customer support.  They gave me a reference number and said would be 2/3 days.

28 Sept - No email today so phoned customer support again and they gave me the code over the phone in 2/3 minutes.

Just about to download now !!!

Day 38. NO CODE. I kid you not.

I rang this morning and asked why you guys had been given your codes over the phone and they still weren't able to give me mine even though I'd been waiting longer. Got told that my code hasn't even been sent out by Head Office yet. Once it is, and if I ring before the get round to mailing it to me the they can give it me over the phone. Pretty weak excuse if you ask me.

So, I'm still waiting. Has anyone waited longer or do I now hold the record??

1 year ago I bought a p.s.p 3000 and bought games with it. I then made a account on playstation network, I thought the promotion theme was cool so then I downloaded it with a p.s.p 3000 (did not know about the promotion), then  I saw the 10 free game promotion with the p.s.p go so I kept the p.s.p 3000 and bought a p.s.p go pspn1002 and then found out that u have to download the theme that I already downloaded on my p.s.p 3000. I still downloaded it on my p.s.p go via wi fi and the same account waited 4 days then I thought that it would not come because I already downloaded it on my p.s.p 3000 so then I made a new account on my p.s.p go by deleting my account of my p.s.p go (the account is only deleted in my p.s.p go not my p.s.p 3000) so then I deleted the theme on my p.s.p go and downloaded it again on my new account, now I have being waiting 10 days, not knowing weather to wait a another  week or month or just call Sony and ask if I'm able to get the code. Man I wish they could just give you the code with your new p.s.p go!!!

I ordered the psp go primarily because of the advertised free 10 games.  My order came pretty fast on sept 20, I registered a new psn account and downloaded the theme on Sept 21. Till now I havent gotten any email for the 10 free games. According to Sony's advert, it will take 30day's but it should be sent in less than a week. So I was very hopeful I would get it pretty soon. I know its just 10days that I have been waiting but what I have seen on this forum is very discouraging, people waiting for over 30day's still no code.

Well, I sincerely hope mine does not take that long, will keep my fingers crossed for now..
