I have an original PSP and share it with my brother, we have recently downloaded games we wanted from the store and saved them to memory cards to play on the PSP.
When he tries to play his game a message appears with 'This content cannot be accessed on your account', even though he is signed into his PSN account (which was the 1 he downloaded the game with), also tried from my account and it won't work.
Does anyone have any ideas what to do?

hi,
you have to activate the psp to your account ,the games your bought on your account will then work on your account only,
when your bro wants to play the games he bought on his account you will have to delete your account, then he will have to activate the psp to his account, then he should be able to play them,
just keep repeating this process everytime you take turns on the psp

just had same problem.
you just need to activate the other account via ps3(if you have it)
that fixed it for me
