I get the error message that tells me to uninstall Playstation Network Downloader. I don't have it installed! I am on XP. Also I do not have the recommended 1GB of ram!
So I haven't seen a solution to this error message and I don't have the ram to support transfers.
How can I transfer comics? What are my options? Is there any other software that can handle comics?

Hi. I followed every step you've said but when I came to the part where I am nearly done with installing the Playstation(R)Store Installer, something that goes (Error 1401.Could not create key HKEY_USERS \S-1-5-21-3758407501-2636925558-1376362562-1002\So

For Windows XP users:
The Folder, you are looking for, is findable at C:\Program Files\Sony Media Go Install. There you'll see "PlayStationStoreSetup.exe" and "PSNDownloaderSetup.exe".

unfortunately for me my problem is a little different. When i double click the installer to start it doesn't even load up the installer. I've tried restarting my computer. tried checking the temp folder and the media go folder as described isnt even there so I don't know what to do at this point.. Has anyone had a similar issue where the installer wont even start and they solved it?
