HELP, PSP WONT REGISTER FOR ONLINE GAMING

i just bought a few games.... on three i can play online, 1 of them games i really want to play online is syphon filter, when i go to my profile, i scroll down to the bottom and click where it says register for online gaming. then it just loads for like 20 minutes. and after that it says something which i do not understand

 

 

 

 

Console : PSP 3002 .. Game : Syphon Filter .. Connection Speed : 20.00 mbps .. Connection: Wired
