I'm having the same exact problem. I bought a psp from ebay with 4 games downloaded onto it. I made my own account ad downloaded some demos. Now I can't access the games. I really want to be able to play them again. People told me I need to go on the account that the guy a bought it from used to download the games. I really need help. I hope there's another way to fix this problem.

As other people have said when you download a game its registered to the PSN account and not the PSP.
So if you've logged off the orginal PSN account you cant access the games anymore unless you log back into the account you logged out of.
The only way to solve the problem is the contact the person you got the PSP from and ask for his account details. Theres no other way around it.
