Something terrible happened while our backs were turned!

Just as we had claimed the bountiful spoils of war, the wrath of the Gods came crashing down destroying the fabric of the universe as we know it.

The horror! The horror!

Though fear not. As you can see, we've managed to stabilise the chaos but in the meantime our precious Metal Gear Online ether is out of bounds for the week. However as luck would have it we've managed to secure sanctuary during our hours of need.

I present to ye' the Metal Gear Monday week of Peace Walker co-op!!! (picture this in giant neo-lights to truly appreciate the magnificence of this announcement)

... but how would this work when Peace Walker hasn't been released yet? It's simple. Next week we'll be using the brilliant Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker demo found on the Playstation Store and the official site (remember we're EU people ). Just remember to complete the first mission beforehand so that you can access the 4-player tank level as that'll be the one we're playing.

That's all well and good, but what is your address so that I can get to your house so we can play together? Not so fast Shady McShadester! I have five padlocks on my door and a sawnoff shotgun at my disposal to prevent you from getting my raisi... woops! I kind of trailed off there. In order to play ad-hoc co-op together we'll be exploiting the hocus pocus magic found in the Ad-Hoc Party client (for PS3) which will connect our ad-hoc signals to jetpacks and send them flying through the cyberspace of the interwebz. If you haven't heard about Ad-Hoc Party yet then check out the rather handy FAQ over here.
