Multiple PSP Gos on one account

Hi As I understand it, it is possible to link up to 5 PSP gos to one PSn account.

 

Does this mean that anything I download  will be available on both PSPs meaning I will only have to buy a game once.

 

Does this work for muliplayer games? both PSPS will be able to play the same game at the same time?

 

Tried endless googling but never seem to come up with an Answer!
