PSP-2000 Memory Stick compatibility?

I was looking into getting a 16Gb memory stick for my PSP-2000 but when I looked on amazon here:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-16Gb-Memory-Stick-Mark/dp/tech-data/B001670JES/ref=de_a_smtd

 

It says: "Compatible with all Sony Cybershot, Handycam, VAIO, PSP released after 2007"

I checked the release date of the 2000 and it is 2007 so does the above mean it is compatible with PSP-2000 or only PSP-3000 & Go? I just want to make sure before I spend so much money that I can use it.

That one will be fine any memory stick duo or pro duo will work on PSP 1000,2000 and 3000 just avoid ebay and importing from asia a lot of them are poor quality imitations.

With that one being Sony and from amazon you cant go wrong.
