PSP GO PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

A couple of days ago my psp go wouldn't charge the orange light wouldnt even illuminate so i messed around

with it a bit and i managed to get it working and fully charged then the next day it ran out of power again so i plugged it into the wall to charge and its happening again but this time even when i fiddle with it still wont charge no orange light nothing.

It would seem that the charger is at fault and not th battery would you agree?

anyway i ask that you assist me in any way you can my psp is still in warranty does that cover the charger?

and can anybody tell me why the look of the charger has completely changed since i purchased it last christmas and will sony send me a new one?

This is really annoying considering that i've had yellow light of death 3 times with PS3 on top
