PSP GO YPBPR Cable

I recently bought a ypbpr cable for the psp to hook it up to my tv.

Plugged it in and set the TV output to ypbpr. Go to connected display setting and "switch video output".

 

The cable connects but the TV says unsupported. How do I get it to work?

What type of tv have you got and how old is it.

Try changing the output format.

 

only newer TV's (and all HD ones) support Progressive output.

all tvs support interlaced. so try that.

Tried all the different settings combinations possible. The TV is a brand called ONN Televisions. Its about 3 years old.
