Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

Where did you get the update from??

Are you putting it in a folder called UPDATE within the GAME folder???

just asking the obvious, in case its a simple mistake

i downloaded it from official site but might have done something wrong 'cause it was always corrupt. deleted it and downloaded again from a link in this thread. worked a treat

thanks

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

I decided to not put custom firmware on it I am still having the same problems Everything works just it wont update firmware I keep on getting the same error message that the file is corrupt or that the game wont play and I haven't hacked it, I have 3.60 firmware is their anyway to fix this without returning it, because it was bought in October and the 30 day return policy is void Could it possibly be the PSP? Should I call Sony?

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

firmware is on the actual console, not on mem stick. the mem stick is just used to put onto console.

and plz refrain from cursing, as this thread is supposed to be aimed at people who have problems and want them dealt with in a sensible manner, without all the swearing...

thank u
